Greenplace Healthcare cannot guarantee the survival of human biological materials during transportation. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of these materials once they leave our custody or that of our agents.

Responsibility Disclaimer
Greenplace Healthcare is not responsible for any abnormalities or deficiencies in any child born as a result of using the transported human biological materials.

Confidentiality Policy
Greenplace Healthcare maintains a strict confidentiality policy. No identifiable patient information or details about the transported materials will be disclosed to any third party without prior consent from the patient or clinic.

Documentation Responsibility
It is the responsibility of both the importing and exporting clinics to ensure that all necessary documents are reviewed and correct before the transport date.

Response Time
We aim to respond to any request within 24 hours but cannot guarantee this timeframe for every request. We are not responsible for not accepting a transfer within this time limit.

Screening of Transported Materials
Greenplace Healthcare is responsible for transporting screened embryos or gametes in a screened dry shipper, based solely on the screening information provided by the clinic.
​
Incident Reporting
Greenplace Healthcare will notify the customer (patient or clinic) of any incident affecting the viability of the transported materials within 12 hours, either via email or phone call during normal working hours.
​
International Transport Fees
For international transport outside the UK, transport fees are non-refundable once the transport date is agreed upon. This policy covers non-refundable costs such as flight tickets and hotel reservations.
